Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as earrings due to health regulations (unless faulty).

We do accept change of mind returns on headwear (ie. headbands, fascinators, beanies, etc.), provided the item(s) has not been worn, is still in original packaging and all tags are still attached as delivered.
