Our Story
AXESSI was founded in 2020 by Louise and Michael Pieri, a creative duo united by a love of art, culture, and design. From the very beginning, our vision has been to create fashion that feels personal, empowering, and timeless.
Louise, a former criminologist and professional figure skater, draws on her lineage of artists and her inspiration from Frida Kahlo and Latin culture to bring bold creativity and femininity into every piece. Michael, with 20 years in investment banking across Tokyo, Singapore, and Hong Kong, contributes his expertise in commerce and technology, ensuring the brand remains forward-thinking and globally connected.

What began as a destination for handcrafted, globally sourced accessories — from bracelets and necklaces to clutches and headbands — has now expanded into women’s apparel. Our apparel embraces the same ethos as our accessories: slow fashion, timeless elegance, and meaningful design that transcends trends.
SUSTAINABILITY AT HEART
We are committed to ethical and sustainable practices, from eco-friendly packaging to fair-trade partnerships. By focusing on quality over quantity, we create pieces that last, honouring both the women who wear them and the planet we all share.
🌍 As part of this commitment, we also regularly donate to Oxfam’s Living Wage program. This initiative works to ensure that garment workers around the world are paid fairly for their labour, helping to break the cycle of exploitation in the fashion industry. Supporting the program allows us to extend our impact beyond our own collections, contributing to a global movement that values dignity, equality, and economic justice.
