Items purchased using a discount code or marked down during a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit, provided the conditions above are met. Items purchased with the 'welcome' discount are regarded as full priced items and are returnable for a full refund or exchange. Items marked as FINAL SALE (permanently marked down) are not eligible for return. Please choose these items carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

Before we dispatch your order, we thoroughly inspect each item and carefully pack them
to insure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

In the event that your order is not in a satisfactory condition upon arrival, please notify our team immediately here. Please provide a picture of the fault.

To assist our staff, you will be given an opportunity to include an image of the fault. We will rectify the issue by replacing or refunding the item as soon as possible.
