Returns
We don't accept returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
We will accept change of mind returns on headbands, provided the item(s) has not been worn, is still in original packaging and all tags still attached as delivered.
Generally within 2-3 business days from us receiving the returned item(s).

Clothing:
We use only natural fibres in our garments (with the exception of some trim), which are gentle on the skin and breathable. Natural fibres like linen and cotton are less likely to irritate sensitive skin, making them an excellent choice for those with skin sensitivities. However, we recommend checking specific trims or details if you have particular allergies.
Accessories:
Most of our jewellery is a mixed alloy, however we understand that jewellery, particularly earrings, can sometimes cause irritation for those with sensitive skin. That’s why we offer a range of earrings that are nickel-free or feature sterling silver posts, which are known for being hypoallergenic. These materials are gentle on the skin and designed to minimise the risk of allergic reactions.

Our restocking process varies depending on the product. For core styles and popular items, we often aim to restock based on demand. However, many of our pieces, especially those in limited collections, are crafted in small batches to align with our commitment to slow fashion and exclusivity. If an item you love is sold out, we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page or contacting us directly—we’re happy to help you find a similar piece or let you know if a restock is planned.
