Processing

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order is processed, packed and sent within 1 business day or less. Same day if ordered before 12pm.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be processed, packed and despatched that same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the following business day.

Please note if your order is received after 12pm AEST on a Friday, on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next occurring business day in QLD.

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing an incorrect address.

Once your parcel has left AXESSI the goods are the property of our courier. AXESSI is not legally responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods including parcels left at the nominated address if you are not present at time of delivery.

However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time guide, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
