Conditions Of Return

We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

• A return request is made within 14 days of receiving your item.
• The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided (ie. order number)
• We accept returns on headwear (ie. headbands, fascinators, beanies, etc.),
  provided the item(s) has not been worn, is still in original packaging and all tags are still attached as delivered.
• We do not accept returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
