- A return request is made within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (ie. order number)
- We accept returns on headwear (ie. headbands, fascinators, beanies, etc.),
provided the item(s) has not been worn, is still in original packaging and all tags are still attached as delivered. - We do not accept returns on earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

I have several of these. This time bought the red one and it’s a stunner! Easy to manipulate the petals into the position I like. One downfall for me is the headband, I prefer a proper one rather than the thin steel ones.
